Timmy Tiptoes
This dear little chap was modelled by Arthur Gredington. He comes in two variations, the first with a red jacket and the second with a pink jacket.
Royal Albert was involved in the production of the Second Variation in which Timmy is Grey and he has a Pink Jacket. They issued him in 1989, with the BP-6a back-stamp, and discontinued him in 1997.
